You may cancel your Babyface Brows appointment via your booking confirmation email, or by texting/calling the studio at (929) 470-4892.

Running more than 15+ minutes late to your appointment will lead to a reschedule or a $15 late fee; please call our studio at (929) 470-4892 to notify us.

Our booking system collects your credit card information to hold your appointment, however, you will not be charged until you complete your appointment and check out in the studio. If you intend on paying with a gift card, no problem! The credit card is still required to hold the appointment, but we'll redeem the gift card in the studio!

We accept all forms of payment methods:
Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apply Pay, Debit Cards, Credit Cards.

If you cancel over 24 hours before your appointment, there are no fees.
However, for any cancellations OR rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment, we charge 25% of the service fee.
For no-shows, we charge 50% of the service fee.

Previously tattooed eyebrows must submit photo for approval prior to booking. We require 50% of ink to be faded.

All treatments and products are non-refundable.
Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased at the Babyface Brows studio or on our online store here.

Gift cards expire 1 year from purchase date.

Show your physical gift card or virtual gift card number to our Front Desk Team at checkout to redeem your gift card. You can also apply it when booking your appointment.
To claim a gift card when booking online:
Open the Fresha app.
Find and book an appointment.
During booking, tap Edit next to the Payment method.
Select Add a gift card and enter the code.
Tap Confirm.
